You are welcome to try but I asked Plum directly and they said you needed to live in one of those cities. The offer also says you need to live in the city you buy from. I don’t see how they can tell that though so most likely it would be fine. I can’t make any promises though so you buy at your own risk ;).
Its too late to buy now, but while Plum District couldn’t tell, diapers.com would be able to when you enter a shipping address. They could cancel the order.

Actually they opened it up nationwide today. So now anyone can buy. So silly. Yes Diapers.com would be able to see addresses when they ship but I just have a hard time believing they have the manpower to cross check all those orders. 🙂 I have a feeling it probably would have been fine but again you just never know.
