You can get a big pack of Tide Pods for $19.22 right now.
This is 77 loads and you can pick from Ocean Mist fragrance or pick from Spring Meadow fragrance.
These might be a little cheaper at Costco but I can tell you this time of year is really crazy in our house so the convenience of having them shipped to your door works for me.
This works out to $.25 per load which is quite a bit more then liquid soap. If you are working on chores/responsibilities for the kiddos this summer it might be worth considering these little packs and then they can be helpers with the laundry too. (Yeah!)
The shipping is free on a $25 order or with Prime.

Hi-
I haven’t tried these yet, but I’m interested – they look super convenient. Do they work as well as liquid Tide?
On a side note, I just read an article about these this morning. Poison control centers are getting an increase in calls about kids eating these. You can do a search for ‘detergent pods danger’ to see articles about this. If you have kids in the house, just be aware of that & clarify that it is detergent, not candy.
Thanks for all your hard work Charlene – love your blog!
Michelle,
I can see that I guess. How awful. Good thing to note!
I felt they worked just like Tide plus I love the convenience factor of no big jugs of liquid soap. I think there are reviews though on Amazon if you want more opinions :).
Thanks Charlene! I can definitely see the convenience factor. I think they’d be great for taking on vacation or extended camping trips to be able to easily do laundry!
These are fantastic! I love them and they are way easier than the liquid. No spills or drips in the cabinet anymore AND, I feel like sure they might be a little more expensive but they are all pre measured with the stain fighter and color brightener in them so I only have to buy 1 product. Add to that, whenever I poured the liquid into the cup I am pretty sure I never stopped exactly at the line so I always used more than I needed making the yield on the bottle much less than the 50 loads it claimed to do.
Amy,
I agree. I am biased though. I just like the pretty glass container on the dryer instead of the big jug of soap I used to have ;).
