well there must be some false advertisement, as it does not state that it only runs till 10pm. sonic in branson west missouri. says only till 10pm. you should advertise this if it so.
That’s not the case for all stores. My store and all others in my district are half price shakes from 8pm-close. That store might be a franchise, so they pretty much choose whatever specials they want at their stores, hence the reason most ads say “At participating Stores”
Also, to add that different markets (even if they’re all corporate) will have different specials, products etc. depending on their location or just the discretion of the higher ups in that area.
