You will hopefully see a pop up appear that mentions a $10 coupon code when you register for emails.
If you do not see that pop up you won’t get the offer. I didn’t see it at first in IE or Chrome and then I tried a second time in Chrome and it did appear.
My coupon arrived via email within just a few minutes. It looks like it is for Pottery Barn only but I am going to try it on PB Kids and see if I get lucky.

Charlene it says at the bottom if the coupon that you can’t use it at PB kids:( I found the perfect toiletry bag for my son that’s only $9.99 plus free shipping. I was hoping to get it free:(

Thanks! On my email it said it couldn’t be used at PB kids or PBteen:( there is a section under the sale section that has a label “free shipping” and all of those items qualify for free shipping! I wanted to use my at PB kids too!

I don’t think I said it could be used at PB Kids? I said it was for PB and I was going to see if it would work at PB Kids. I have not had one spare moment to do that yet. I am sorry you misunderstood and sorry you are upset.
Personally I love Pottery Barn and I am thrilled that they would like to give me a free $10 credit to use.

No coupon, they just want to get you on there. It is a shame for them to do this, as i would have bought more for my daughters shower off her registry and now just because they try to scam me, I am not getting anything else. They have no codes that fit anything on her registry no maytter ehat you spend and no free shipping. Awful.

When did you try to sign up? I got the coupon and used it and got my item a very long time ago. Maybe you just registered too late? It was not a scam. I am sure of that because it all worked fine for me. They probably had a limit of how many they offered and if you didn’t see the notice about $10, you wouldn’t get the coupon by registering anyway. If you did see the notice about the $10 maybe your email went to spam?
