Jenny, you are right but that kind of price on these is very uncommon. 😉 Also not everyone shops at Safeway.
It always seem to me to be “shady” to do the subscribe and then cancel when you have no intention of getting the regular deliveries. But…….that is just me.

I don’t see anything “shady” at all. It says right on the page from Amazon “There are no commitments, obligations, or fees and you can cancel a subscription at any time.”
I am sure a lot of people do decide to keep the continued subscription- I have a few myself. If anything is “shady” about subscribe and save, I would say it is Amazon since the price can change at any minute. I had a subscribe and save for diapers once and the 2nd box was priced at 3x what I paid for the first box. I had no idea the price would vary so much and after that I watch my subscribe and save shipments more carefully.
As always, if there is something you don’t feel comfortable with just skip the offer. It is only brownies ;).
