Here is the new list of grocery sales we can expect to see in June as well as the fresh stuff that should be in season and on sale.
Just a reminder that June is typically when we start to see outdoor items on sale. Last year, Target started marking down outdoor furniture on June 23rd. It typically goes 30%, 50% and finally 75% off but I have found that most stuff will sell out pretty early at my store.
June is National Dairy month and it is the Special Olympics Summer Games. Now in the past there have been fantastic coupon booklets in honor of these events. You might be on extra alert at the grocery store and see if your store has special booklets out in June.
This is still the time to be stocking up on sunscreen, condiments, outdoor items and interestingly in just a few weeks we will start to see Back to School sales.
A lot of people don’t like to see the Back to School stuff right in the middle of summer but I personally love those sales. You can often get crayons, markers, paper and lots of other supplies to keep the kiddos busy for dirt cheap prices.
So you can get your free June Grocery Guide and Fresh Produce list here.
*Since Watermelon is on sale this month you might try making the Watermelon Fresca!

Thanks so much for these lists every month! I wanted to share something I recently saw in a magazine…they just had a triangle slice of watermelon with the rind on and inserted a popsicle stick and froze them. So, a watermelon Popsicle! I haven’t tried it yet, but we love watermelon and this is super simple:)

That is cute Trisha, I think I pinned it at some point or maybe just saw it on pinterest. 🙂
