There is a good sale on Thomas and Friends items at Totsy today. I spotted items as low as $2.10. Items are already selling out so I would not wait if you are interested in picking up a few Thomas items. I thought these Thomas Paint Box books for $2.80 were really cute.

Is there a promo code for the free shipping? I have never ordered before and it wasn’t applied automatically.
No promo code it should be automatic. You should see a red star advertising the offer right on the page you click to register from the link above. It says the free shipping is valid within 30 days of registering and can’t be combined with other offers. So if you registered a long time ago that could be the issue. If you just registered and it isn’t giving you free shipping, I would drop them an email.
