You are not doing anything wrong, you just missed the sale.
You can always check back and see if the price goes back down or you can call your local Walmart store and see if they have them available for $4.13.
I just ordered mine yesterday for $4.13 on Kmart’s site. I ordered 2 and split the S/H with a friend. Still a great deal! I can’t find them on the shelves at any of the local stores.
