I used to say I could hardly ever use the 20% off in the newspaper because it has to be on a regular price item and Hobby Lobby shows almost everything is on sale. Then a cashier told me that if and item is, for instance, 10% off on sale, then I can use the 20% and they go back to the original price and take the 20% off. I’m pretty sure they will do the same for this 40%. Good coupon!
