I thought this was a cute idea. You can get these egg molds for as low as $1.15 and shipping is $1.95 so $3.10 total! You can use these to mold hard boiled eggs into little shapes.
These would be cute for school lunches, snacks or jazzing up breakfast. They are meant to use in little bento box lunches for children but considering all the eggs most of us will have for Easter, I wanted to mention them now.
I thought the bunny mold is too cute! I am making Easter brunch and I decided to order a set for the kid’s to have something fun and special.
Head over here and take a look at all the molds. There are several different design options and the reviews are excellent.

Cute! You can also try putting cooked rice inside your mold, sprinkle w/a little salt, and serve = rice musubi. Maybe jell-o might work, too? Maybe even let the girls use w/playdough, just for fun, not to eat?
Thank you! Got the bunny and bear one. I’ve been wanting these as I saw them on the Dubiens blog. My girls been into hard boiled eggs lately.
Aack! I bought these a while ago from Williams-Sonoma for $10 for a 4 pack (the bunny, bear, heart, & star). I knew I should have waited for a sale from Amazon (they were about $5 per pair when I looked). Oh well. I have to say, I can never get my heart and star to look right but the bear and bunny are adorable as long as you use small enough eggs (when the eggs are too big, they squeeze out the side.
