There is a new Target coupon to save $2 off a Revlon beauty tool. The nail files start at $1.27 making them free after coupon! If you want more expensive tools such as nail clippers or tweezers, stack with the $1/1 Revlon coupon from the 4/1 SS insert to get them very cheap.
I also wanted to mention that there is a new $.50 off Up & Up nail care item Target coupon. The nail polish remover is $.97 making it just $.47 after coupon!

Does the coupon say Revlon Beauty Tool? I only see $2 off Revlon Cosmetics, wasn’t sure if that was the same?
Jessica there are two pages in my SS 4/1 that have Revlon coupons, one page has the cosmetics like you mentioned and if you flip a few more pages, you’ll see another pg. with a coupon for the beauty tools and one for Revlon Rooterase hair color on the same page…
