The nail files start around $1.27 or so at Target- so those will be free after coupon!
Not all stores carry Revlon products- I have two stores I shop at and one has a lot of these products and the other only carries Sally Hansen.
I have found the 2pks of nail files on side aisle display units in the personal care aisles so you might keep your eye out there.
