Here is another great deal at Target for the little ones. You can purchase Dora’s Enchanted Adventures for $9.99 right now.
On the front of select DVDs is a peelie sticker indicating inside the movie you will find a form for a free subscription to Parents magazine valued at $7.47.
If you find those stickers, just open your DVD and inside you can either send off for the magazine OR you can ask instead for a full refund of the $7.47 value.
So basically you pay $9.99 and you get a $7.47 rebate back.
That makes the net price $2.52!
Now I sent my husband to check this out at Target for me. He of course grabbed the only movie that did not have the peelie sticker on it and there was no rebate form inside.
So if you grab a movie without the sticker you won’t get the rebate- make certain you get one with it attached! Reader Sophie did get the correct DVD and she says the rebate form was simple to send right off.
If you have little Dora fans at home, you can also grab a Target coupon for 20% off Dora apparel or toys. I don’t consider movies either of those so the coupon won’t apply to this purchase but maybe you can find something else that is a great deal.
I always like those coupons to buy underwear.
Thanks Sophie!

i did use the 20% off dora coupon on the movie they took it just fine plus a 3 off mfc so 9.99 for movie – 20 % off = 7.99 – 3.00 mfc = 4.99 for dora easter movie… the 20% scans just fine on the movies 🙂

Becky, Thank you for sharing but I personally would not consider a movie a toy so in my opinion it is actually fraud to use coupons on items they are not intended for ;). I know there are a lot of people that want the best deal possible and it is tempting to cheat a little but I have found they stop issuing coupons when people are not using them correctly. Sorry to be the party pooper. 🙂

Have you had good luck with these types of offers? I bought the movie got home and promptly remember I still have not received the rebate from the kitchen aid I bought during Christmas. Have you or anyone else had luck with these?
By the way… The movies without peelies outweighed the number with at least at the target I went to. I also think it was only ok the ones with the card board outside.

Delia,
Yes I have received them myself but I have found they do take a long time.
