Yes and you will be charged $3 per month if you want to extend the membership past the expiration date. You can cancel at any time or if you forget, they will send you email notifications making sure you want to continue with the program. I have an old Visa gift card that I use for offers like this. It always seems to work fine even though I used up the value that was on the card.
