You can see Safeway’s coupon policy right here. Most stores will allow you to stack a manufacturer coupon with the store coupons that can be found in the weekly circulars. You will want to be sure to get a club card for Safeway to take advantage of the sale prices! Safeway sale prices tend to vary from region to region so you will always want to double check your local ad! If you have the Welch’s Fizz printables for $2 which expires on 3/24, this makes them free with the in ad coupon.

There is also a $1 coupon in the Feb All You for the Danimals Crunchers and a .75/2 for Doritos in the Pepsi Moments.
Confirming the CPK pizza cat printed for $2 when I bought 3, and since I also had $15 of frozen the $5 frozen cat printed as well. Noticed Tostitos have peelies for a free salsa wyb 2 Tostitos. Just in time for 4-day sale ($1.99 Tostitos). I got 2 Doritos, stacked the 1.69 in ad coupon with the .75/2 Pepsi Moments coupon. Quickly noticed an ad correction notice posted on freezer for the Breakfast Bundle. It includes a additional item in the bundle–a box of NutriGrain waffles, at least at my store. Did not purchase, just sharing:)

Nestle Toll House Choclate Chips, as low as $1.99 @ Sfwy–Rec’d a Cat Announcement for Nestle Toll House Morsels: “B2, get $1 OYNSO…B3, get $1.50…B4, get $2” valid 3/19-4/15. These chocolate chip morsels are participating in the Buy8, Save .50 each Mix’nMatch sale priced $2.49. So, double-savings on the Nestle.
