The rebate does not match the one on Amazon, the rebate sheet does not list that model number… Is there a different $40 rebate?

It is the correct one. We have been through this rebate issue a bunch of times. It appears Amazon has listed the model number incorrectly. You can get in touch with Kitchenaid directly to confirm. Here is the prior post about this exact mixer and this exact rebate 😉
