Oh Wila did you fill out the beauty bag by mistake? That one you need a code from a receipt inside stores. The codes are random. Just scroll down and look for the Gevalia bags. I filled that out and it didn’t ask for any codes.

I got that same pop up. Said I needed a code, but there was no place to even enter a code. Will try again later.

Maybe it is how you answer the questions. I can’t remember all my answers but I think I said drip coffeemaker, buy coffee at Target, use Starbucks coffee, and heard about the sample on TV…

someone told me if you use IE it fixes the problem. strange but true. I tried it and it worked great!
I used Chrome so maybe it is a FF issue?
