That book was not free for me. I tried another free music book and it did not give me the credit. I didn’t see the credit info on either book. I’ll keep looking around….yeah, for $1, I am going to keep looking.
Sue, it has changed to just free for Prime members since I posted. I did buy it so I am certain it was free for me. I have Prime but not a Kindle so I would have been charged.

You can try others. It does go to the email you have registered with Amazon and says something about promotional credit in the subject line.

I would just be patient. The promotion is posted right there to see so maybe it is just taking a little time to get to your account. I didn’t pay attention to exactly how quickly the email came. You can also just get in touch directly with Amazon and let them know you want your credit.
This is the book I got http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005I5EL66 (The Everything Songwriting Book). We’ll see if it works. It does say something about qualifying or applicable books, but it doesn’t have a link to specific ones like it does sometimes with movie rentals or MP3’s.
Ok. That looks like a music book to me. Just email them for any additional help because that page I posted is all the information that I have.
