Just a quick update that my Target store is now clearancing out the bulk items that have been in the seasonal sections of stores. Most items are 15% off and a few of the food items are 30% off.
This will vary dramatically from store to store but it is worth checking when you make a stop.
I have always found items typically sell through once they hit 30% off and a few things hit 50%. I rarely see items go to 70% off but again that will vary from store to store.

I found a good deal in the clearance section. The Method soap is sold with a refill pack, and the price was $5.08. There is/was a $1/1 Target coupon, so I really got 4 soaps for $4.08.
