BUY AND SAVE PROMOTION - Spend $100, Get $20 +UP Reward

This week there is another confusing deal I wanted to mention.  The ad shows assorted first aid items and says buy these and get a $3 +Up Reward.  Included in the ad are band-aids in 8ct size.  So that would be travel size bandaids priced at $1 or so. (So pay $1 and get a $3 +Up)

My guess is this is some sort of misprint and they probably won’t honor the promotion.  You might want to keep an eye out at your store and see what you find.

Here are some coupons to go along with that deal:

$1/1 Gold Bond Medicated Lotion, exp. 3/31/12 (SS 02/12/12)
$1.50 off Band-Aid AND Neosporin Product, exp. 3/31/12 (SS 01/08/12 #2)
$1/1 Band-Aid Brand Adhesive Bandages printable
$1/1 Cortizone-10 Item, exp. 3/31/12 (SS 02/12/12)
You can see other drug store deals here.

Looks like the Stride Gum deal if you buy 6 you would get 2 $1 Ups and can use 3 $1/2 Qs for a total of 6/$1.

I think you have t buy one of each in the pic for th reward to print. It is like the pampers last week is said purchase these and showed wipes and dipers and the reward only printed if you bought both and I think its going to be th same with the thermacare.

I tried the Bandaid and Thermacare deals this morning. I bought 2 Bandaids and 1 Thermacare, and received NO +UPs. 🙁 I think you have to purchase 2 Thermacares for that +UP. I’m not sure how many of the other you must purchase to get the deal. I’ll be calling Rite Aid tomorrow about this issue. It didn’t even list them on my receipt as far as accumulating them for the +UP, but I had other products that were accumulating. :/

Does anyone know why I wouldn’t get certain coupons in my inserts?

    I didn’t get

    Nivea
    Loreal hair color
    Nice n easy hair color
    Fusion
    Huggies

It says in the rite aid ad that all of these would be in the Sunday paper.

This has happened to me before. I always use this site and there’s so many coupon that I didn’t get!!

Trisha, did you buy the band aids that were $.99 or larger?

I bought two packages of the 20 count bandaids because the coupon I had was not good on the 8 count trial packs. It should have come out to about a $0.40 moneymaker on each one if the +UP had printed.

RA has the Lady Speed Stick Antiperspirant/Deodorant for BOGO free. Can you use the LSS BOGO coupon from 02/15/12 SS to get two for free? I know RA changed their policy and I can’t remember if they allow this.

I was at rite aid today and you have to buy 2 therma care to get the +up but I found packages with $1 off peelies so that brought my price down to $10 then I got not one but two $4 +ups!! And the deal on the band aids is you have to buy $10 worth to get the reward.

I called Rite Aid yesterday. They honored their ad wording and gave me my missing $10 +UPs that were missing. So…if you only bought ONE Thermacare or even ONE Baindaid, call Rite Aid and get your missing +UPs. 🙂

I bought 2 boxes of Band-aids and was supposed to get 2-$3 ups but they didn’t print so I showed the cashier and she comp’d me on the $6 but only while I was there in the store. I did notice that $8 for my Band-aids accumulated toward a deal labeled “Gold Bond” so I could probably go get another Band-aid and get another ups to print naturally. Plus I may get a Neosporin which was $9.99 by itself so then another $3 up. FYI, I am at Silver from last year so I got the little 10% discount on the Band-aids since they were regular price. With $1 off coupon and the Silver discount the Neo should only be like $5 for that large tube. Not too shabby since I need some.
