Earn From Home Opportunities: Toluna Open Again

THIS HAS NOW CLOSED.

If you want to look into making a few bucks from home, Toluna is accepting new applicants right now.

They are a credible survey company that provides a little compensation in exchange for your time in filling out surveys and such.

I used to do these types of things all the time while I was watching TV at night and it is a very easy way to earn a little extra income. Now that I spend so much time on the blog, I can’t do as many surveys as I used to do. So I do appreciate any feedback you guys have on the companies that I recommend!

As always, I think it is a good idea to set up an email account that is exclusive to the survey sites.

You can learn more about Toluna here.

Chessie, I haven’t used Toluna myself. I did a few other ones but it was before the blog so a long time ago ;). This one I posted awhile back and I had 2 really great readers that were super into survey companies. They helped me narrow it down to about 5 companies that were worthwhile and this was one of them. For Toluna what I was told is that they take about 10-15 min per and you get paid about $5. So not going to pay the mortgage by any stretch but something.

Chessie, You do actually get checks from Toluna. When you have 60,000 points, you can request a check for $20 USD.

I use Toluna, but I wouldn’t say that I make much money with them. I do better with Synovate, My Survey, Swagbucks and Opinion Outpost. Valued Opinions is ok, too.

One thing to keep in mind with surveys is that you will also be able to test products. Just this week, I got a free bottle of Clinique Dark Spot Corrector and a free bottle of Olay Regenerist dark spot corrector. I will try each one for 10 days, answer some questions via an Internet survey and then the products are mine to keep! I have tested toothpaste, laundry detergent, facial care products, etc…

So, that’s not necessarily money in the bank, but it’s a bonus product. The laundry detergent is my fave since we all need that!

Thanks Emily! I have all of those on my list except Valued Opinions. I am just cycling through the ones I heard good things about. The Clinique is an amazing freebie! Lucky you!

    You’re welcome, Charlene!

I was psyched to get the Clinique freebie yesterday – I never expected that! 🙂
