Brooke, I am sorry you missed the offer. I am sure they had thousands and thousands of people that got the $15 credit so I can understand both sides of it.
I’m noticing a lot of people having some issues with the voucher and not knowing how to redeem it. This is my issue as well. If it’s something you can’t help with shall we just contact Gilt City or do you have an input in this matter?
Jena, just be patient. They will email you the voucher. My guess is less than 24 hours from the time of purchase. If you don’t receive it by then- I do not work for Gilt so you would need to get in touch with them.
