I get the San Francisco Chronicle and on 1/7/12 there was a Regional Target Coupon Insert with various coupons including a $1 off a Carefree feminine care item. There are also coupons for Neutrogena, Aveeno, Neosporin and more. The coupons are only good for one week and expire on 1/14/12. This insert did not come in my local paper the Contra Costa Times.
