Reader Alex mentioned this morning that her Target had after Christmas items marked down 90% off. I checked my Target this afternoon and found the same thing she did.
This will vary from store to store but you can always make a phone call to check and see. My store was pretty picked over but I did get a few things- like a tree topper for $1.50 and a Smith & Hawkin light set for $2.40.
I also found tissue paper for $.20 and ornaments for $.10-.20. I like jazzing up presents by attaching the ornaments to the front of the boxes.
There was also candy canes and cookie mix at my store for just a few cents per box.
Wow–lucky. I was at my nearest Target last night and didn’t see a single Christmas item left in the store anywhere.
