The Zippos can probably be found behind the cash registers with the cigarettes. You may or may not be able to use +Ups to pay for the lighter. Usually this kind of thing is lumped in with tobacco and I am pretty sure tobacco is excluded on +Up Rewards.
These could be handy to have around for birthday cakes and of course candles.

I got one of these cute little things. You are right. I tried to use an UP on this and a few other things and it kept saying I did not have enough purchase to use it. The cashier finally figured out because this is considered tobacco it would not count towards the total to spend my UP.
