The Kolcraft Contours Light Stroller is $58.49 right now. This is normally $119 so I think this is a good deal plus the reviews are excellent.
It reclines, has a compartment underneath for bags and has a cup holder and kids snack tray. But anybody that has juggled multiple kids will probably most appreciate that it can be folded with one hand!

Amanda, I don’t have this stroller but it has 207 reviews and they are 4.5 out of 5 stars overall. The features do say this:
“Convenient free-stand 1-hand fold gives parents a free hand”
I am surprised more people didn’t mention that issue in all those reviews. But regardless for just an inexpensive and lightweight stroller $58 seems like a great deal to me.
I have this stroller and love it! But no, you really can’t fold it with one hand. You have to push down tabs on either side of the handles at the same time. Two hands used.
