Here are a few updates to CVS deals for this week:
Tom’s of Maine is priced at $3.99 this week with a $3 ECB back.
Some stores have the mouthwash on clearance for $2.94- so if you spot them grab it because you still get the $3 ECB!
The limit is 2.
Also, there is an advertised promotion for Schick razors- get a $4 ECB back on those.
It appears many stores also have Skintimate Shave Gel included in this ECB promotion!
So the deal looks like this:
Skintimate or Schick Hydro Shave Gel $3.99
Use $0.55/1 Skintimate Shave Gel, exp. 2/26/12 (SS 01/15/12)
Get $4 ECB back
Final Price: $.55 moneymaker
Two notes: As of posting, the limit on the ECBs is actually listed as 100- so no issues there. If you decide to buy the Hydro shave gel, do not buy the moisturizing variety as that is not triggering the ECBs.
Usually CVS keeps these little glitches running all week so hopefully you have good luck with this. Considering the limit is 100 per person, I would hurry on over to the store if you want this deal.
See more CVS deals for 1/29 here.

Lincoln has their skintimate depending on scent either $3.59 or $3.89.
Nicole says
@Shelly Is the ECB working in Lincoln?
Arlene Aesthetic says
The limit is 100 per household AND the sale ends on 02/25. So it gives everyone time to stockup.
shelly says
@Nicole…yes it is 🙂
Valerie says
Worked for me yesterday, but not today 🙁
Yun says
The skintimate moisturizing shave gel in strawberry and tangerine scent didn’t work for me. It was $3.59
Charlene says
Yun, based on the other comments it looks like they removed the shaving cream from the promotion. If your store had signs up you can ask them to print an ECB for you but if they did not have signs up you can just return the item.
Yun says
Thanks for the tip charlene!
Nicole says
Thanks Shelly, but it sounds like I might have waited too long. I will check when I finally make my trip.

Can the manager refuse printed coupons even though it is clearly stated in the policy that they do accept them?

Does cvs accept walgreen’s register rewards?

On Monday, my local store had one variety marked at $2.99 on the shelf. He had to price adjust at the register, then it printed out the $4 ECB. The manager got a little snooty with me, asked if I really needed all that shaving cream. Politely told him where and who used it was none of his business, and we finished the transaction pleasantly enough. Used the extra ECB’s to pay for diapers, which were marked on the shelf at 75% off (which he also had to price adjust at the register)!

My cashier said to me, “That can’t be right. It’s like they are paying you to take it out of the store.” My reply, EXACTLY! The sign is up so please print out my $4. Thank you.
I found some Tom’s reduced as well (never have used the mouthwash so hope its good) and Irish Spring Body wash for $2.49 as part of the promo $6 EX for $12 spent. $1 off coupon too. Unfortunately I didn’t get back there soon enough to snag any more of the pull ups at 75% off. NY store was priced at $5.62 so $3.62 after coupon.
Elaine McGrath says
I went to two other CVS tonight and neither one of them had the shaving cream deal. Also, their prices for the pull ups were more. So weird!
Charlene says
Elaine, from the comments above it looks like they pulled the deal early at most stores. Boo!

Soooo, at my CVS in Central California today, the Skintimate had a tag on it for the $4.00 ECB. When I checked last week, they were out of stock, but they have re-stocked since. I got 2 of the orange cans (flirty mango, I think?) and it printed my $8.00 ECB, no problem. They were $3.89 regular price. I was a very happy lady!
