Here is one more deal for CVS this week, a reader brought this to my attention after she did a little extra research. Now the Finish coupon from 1/1 SS has really awkward wording and seemed like it was for 25 ct + dish tablets. It appears the coupon is actually for 25ct + Quantum OR for Powerball or Gelpacs in any size*. Personally I am not totally comfortable with this because the coupon wording is so confusing but I am going to lay all this out and you can decide what you think is right.
Here is the CVS deal:
Finish Powerball $3.50 10-20 ct
Use $2.15/1 Finish Coupon
Final Price: $1.35 per box
Even better this is part of the Spend $30 and get a $10 gift card promotion. So here are a few ideas to work a good deal on that promotion. Remember you do not need to buy everything at once. CVS will keep track of what you bought and the totals will print on the bottom of your receipt.
{Deal Idea #1}
Buy 9 Finish at $3.50
Use (9) $2.15/1 Finish coupons
Pay $12.15 and get back $10 in a CVS gift card- so $2.15 for 9 boxes!
Now since most of us won’t have nearly that many coupons, you could also try this:
Buy 3 Finish at $3.50
Buy 2 Angel Soft at $5.00
Buy 2 Rembrandt at $3.99
Buy 1 Mars Funpack at $1.00 (or buy a Smart Water/Fuze drink etc…)
Subtotal $29.48
Use (3) $2.15 Finish coupons
and Use (2) $.50 Angel Soft coupons from 11/13 RP
and use (2) $2/1 Rembrandt coupons
Pay $18.03 and get back a $10 gift card!
Net price $1 per item!
(That is not quite $30 but most likely the gift card will still print. If not just grab another $1 item.)
Or if you need laundry soap:
Buy 4 All at $4.00
Buy 3 Finish at $3.50
Buy 1 Rembrandt at $3.99
Subtotal $30.49
Use (4) $1/1 All Coupons from 1/1 RP or 12/4 RP
Use (3) $2.15/1 Finish coupons

You can mix and match as you please but really these are great prices to stock up on TP, dish soap, laundry soap and premium toothpaste.
*Reader Mom2Ender called Finish directly to talk to them about the coupon. This was also posted on the Facebook wall for Finish.
Apparently they posted a similar comment directly on the wall but they have since removed the post. So I really don’t know what to make of this coupon. If you do decide to use it on a package smaller than 25ct, you might have issues with your cashier depending on how they interpret the wording.
We can use dish soap but since this is really not a clear deal, I am personally going to skip it.

the $2.15 coupon in the fine print reads: “No more than 2 coupons for the same products can be used in the same transaction.” Guess we can’t buy 9 to work that deal.
Hey Monika, that is why I mentioned above that you needn’t buy them all at one shot. You just have to divide up your transactions. I find the easiest way to lay out deals is just to show the math and then you have to frame them however you want. My thought is that some stores might not have that many anyway so you have to be pretty determined if you want that bigger deal.
