I checked Target and the only DVDs I saw were $12.99. You might have better luck at Walmart- I can see one DVD priced at $8.99 and a few others at $10.00 so hopefully the prices are the same in store.
best buy has them on sale for 4.99. But you will have to price check as the tags still say 9.99
