We did see the 3 month cards for $7.99-$12.99 on Black Friday and those sold out really fast.
Shipping was $3.97 for me or you can choose to pick up in store or at Fed Ex for free shipping. One last option is to find another $5 in stuff you want to hit $45 and shipping is free.
