Just a few notes about Target- I have a few deals to get caught up on from there today. But first off a bunch of toys were still marked at 30% off. My store had mountains of them and today they were in the process of marking more things down.
I got a huge package of fruit and veggies play food for the girls marked down from $10 to $5. So they seem to be putting some things down to 50% off now.
Also, my Dollar Spot area was marked down to 50% off clearance on yellow dot items today. This always will vary from store to store but you just want to check for the signs and then check the back of the items because only certain colors are on sale. My store had all the yellow dot items 50% off and the back of the item will show a colored dot so you can tell.
I got a few puzzles for the girls. I wanted to mention this because these little Dollar Spot items can be great for Easter baskets, Valentine’s Day gifts and I try to put the better quality items (like coloring books and socks) aside for Operation Christmas Child at the end of the year.
The little stickers and such can also be good for goody bags at birthday parties.

Be sure to check the clearance tags carefully and check the aisles, not just the endcaps!!! I was at my store today and they also were marking things down, including moving a bunch to 70/75% off. I got 2 Leapfrog birthday cakes for 75% off ($4.78) and a B cube toy for $6.xx. There was a bunch at 50% off too. I got a Thomas MegaBloks toy for $3.00 for my son’s Easter basket. Some great deals in toys!
We were there yesterday and they are getting ready for a remodel in the Topeka store so that may be why they are trying to move items.
they just marked some items i was eyeing to 50% off this morning. i got the step 2 kitchen for $42.48 and an imaginext advent calender toy for 9.98. the little mommy was 70% and i got a few of those for later this year. i was very happy and know from experience my target, woodbury, mn never has anything decent for the 75% sale even when i have been there on the day.
Our Target in Littleton, CO had the yellow dot dollar items 70% off today. It was fun to get items for OCC and birthday goodies.
