There is a new Maybelline Coupon available this morning. You can get “$1 off Maybelline Colorsensational, Shinesensational or New York Lipcolor.” This is printable or it is in your 12/4 RP insert.
There is also a Target coupon for $2 off any Maybelline Gloss, Balm, or Lipstick. So the Maybelline Baby Lips balms are priced at $2.99-3.49 at most stores which would make them free-.49 each.
I can see an argument either way to use both of those coupons on the lip balm. Since the coupon reads “lip color products” and the Baby Lips are tinted items it seems like it could be worth a shot. The coupon does picture lipsticks so the coupon could also be refused. I think even if you can’t use the manufacturer coupon it is still a good deal at .99.
I have seen the shinesensational glosses for as low as $4.98 so that would be another option at $1.98 after coupons.

I bought it last week at my store. Just get the Target app on your phone and you can check inventory before you go.

I went to the target near my house and they were on sale for 2.99 but I grabbed the last one in stock. They’re flying off the shelves
Oh I didn’t think of getting the app! I doubt they will have any. I go in Target about once a week and have been checking for a few weeks and the entire section for Baby Lips is always empty. I had asked the Manager about it and he said they just were not getting the stock. Sometimes living in a smaller town is a bad thing.
Stephanie I live in a big city and my store was out too. I have to get a donation thing together for a family in need with teenagers so usually I don’t sweat stuff like this but today I am a little grumpy about it ;).
