There is a new Target coupon for $1.50 off 3 Glade items. Now this makes the gift card deal this week even better.
Buy 5 Glade items at $2.50 each and get a $5 gift card.
{Deal Idea}
Buy 5 items at $2.50
Use $1.50/3 Target coupon for Glade
and Use $1.50/2 Glade Jar Candle printable
or Use $1/2 Glade Jar or Scented Oil Candles Product, exp. 1/14/12 (SS 12/04/11 R)
or Use $0.55/1 Glade Premium Room Spray, exp. 1/14/12 (SS 12/04/11)
or Use $1/2 Glade coupon
Pay $7.45 and get back a $5 gift card
Final Price: $.49 each (for 4 candles and 1 spray)
Now some people got a $5 Target gift card coupon in the 12/11 SS for Glade items. If you did get one of those and you can use it on this offer, it will work out better for you than the $1.50/3 Target coupon.

I actually tried to use the Target gift card coupon on this deal. Right away the cashier scanned my $5 giftcard for buying the 5 items and in the end when I gave him my coupons, the giftcard coupon would absolutely not work.
That was the first I though when read this post, anyway .49 each is a great price, thanks for confirming Andrea 😉
The Target gift card coupon worked for me with regular manufacturer coupons with it. Not sure if you can use it with the new Target glade coupon though. Have not tried that.
Ruth, I was thinking about it but that would be 2 store coupons on the same items so I think it is one or the other.
@Ruth, so, you got 2 $5 gift cards?
I used two 1.50/2 glade candle coupons, one .55 on glade sprays, one 1.50/3 target coupon, and the buy five get $5 gift card coupon. All scanned no problem. So I paid 7.53 and got $10 in gift cards!
just a thought. if you bought 6 @ 2.50 each = $15.00
then used 2x target coupon $1.50/3 = -$3
and used 3x $1.50/2 = -$4.50
That would total $7.50 and you would get the $5 g.c. giving you 6 items at only $.42 each. its cheaper and you got another item.
I also did the deal and everything worked out fine, I did it a total of 4 times in 4 different transactions:
4 jar candles= $10.00
1 room spray= $2.50
Total= $12.50
– (1) $1.50/3 Target Q= $12.5- $1.50= $11.00
– (2) $1.5/2 Jar Candle Qs= $11.00- $3.00= $8.00
– (1) $0.55/1 Premium room spray Q= $8.00-0.55= $7.45
– (1) Free $5 GC wyb 5 participating items
*So I paid $7.45 in previous gift cards I had, and got (2) $5 gift cards. I was able to use all the above coupons in one transaction and did it 4 different times.
Hope this helps!
SO, finally i made this deal 2 times today using the same coupons as Lori, the secret is how you give the coupons just give all the Manufacturer Coupons first, then give the $5 Gift Card wyb 5 participating items coupon, then give last $1.50/3 Target Coupon,
If you give the $5 Gift Card wyb 5 participating items coupon last will beep (that happen to me on my second transaction) and the cashier have to enter manually and some will totally refuse to… 😛
