I ordered a Thomas The train play rug yesterday and it said it would be delivers (for free) by the 21st!
I ordered from kohls online on the 16th of dec. it stated my items will arrive before christmas. I just checked tracking see it will not be delivered until the 28th. I am very unhappy this was a xmas gift. I called customer service and they said there is nothing they cand do. Rip off.
I could have ordered overnight for 3.99 from amazon, or gone to the store.
