The first mixer I posted this morning sold out ridiculously fast so here is another deal for you.
You can get this Kitchenaid Professional 6qt Mixer for $279.99 right now.
Shipping is free.
There is a $50 rebate form available to drop your price to $229.99. Now the rebate form says it expired 11/28 but I believe that is just a simple mistake from Amazon. If you open the actual rebate form it does say you have until 12/31 to order.
If you check the fine print on the rebate, it also says you get a 2 year subscription to Travel and Leisure magazine OR you can decline the magazine and instead request a second rebate for $24.00.
So you will pay a total of $279.99 and you will get back $50 + $24 for a net price of $205.99.
That is a fantastic deal for a premium Kitchenaid mixer and more than 50% off. I did double check the rebate issue with Amazon customer service and they confirmed there is just a mistake made on the rebate date. I would encourage you to contact them directly for your own peace of mind before you buy. You can email, call or use live chat.
Pick from red or silver at this price.

The item HAD to be ordered by NOV 28th….
Applies only to products sold by Amazon.com on between November 16th and November 28th, 2011
GR, can you tell me where you see that listed on the rebate form? When I look at the rebate form it says the purchase must be made by Dec 31st and you must include a packing list or invoice.
I bought the white one last Christmas (I had Amazon money saved up too, so I think I spent $50 of actual money!). I highly recommend getting this model, especially if you like to do pizza or bread dough. Cookies and muffins are a breeze in it. The motor on this is more heavy duty and less likely to burn out!
One note: make sure you do NOT wash the attachments in a dishwasher. I forgot this once with the beater, and it took my hubby ages to fix it (with steel wool).
When I click on “rebate forms for recent purchases,” right under the price, a new window pops up that has the following info:
KitchenAid Rebate Form
Rebate offer: Qualify for $50 back from KitchenAid when you buy a KitchenAid Professional 600 Series Stand Mixer in either Cinnamon Gloss or Silver with this mail-in rebate. Applies only to products sold by Amazon.com on between November 16th and November 28th, 2011. Does not apply to products sold on our site by third-party merchants. Complete rebate form with model KP26M1X selected.
I believe that the 12/31 you see is the date that the rebate form must be postmarked by (this is what I am seeing on the small print anyway)…hope this helps.
OK. I actually addressed that in the post if you have a chance to check it. What I see on the rebate form is in larger print at the top “purchases made between Nov 13th and Dec 31st.” When I look for the date the form must be mailed by it says “request must be postmarked by January 31st.”
I can’t find anything that says the rebate needs to be submitted by 12/31.
So again as I said before, I believe there was a simple data entry error and the actual rebate form is what I am basing the information on. I did speak with customer service before posting and they confirmed but it would only take a moment for you to contact them directly to clarify.
Yes, thank you; I see what you are looking at now as well! Hopefully they will fix their typographical error, so it’s not conflicting information for people like me 🙂 Thanks for helping me clear this up!
Well this specific deal nearly sent me to drink on Cyber Monday because they messed up the model # too so there was a big mess about it. That is the only reason I feel confident about this- they just had someone that wasn’t being careful when they typed in the info and they still haven’t fixed it. Just click the live chat thing and they will confirm so you feel good about it. 😉
How do you go about requesting they wave the magazine subscription and credit you the $24? It says that if a choice isn’t made, you’ll get “food and wine.” I’m just wondering how to go about making the request effectively.
This is such a great deal, I’m seriously considering buying myself a Christmas present!
Kelly, you can get all the information you need from the rebate form. Just look toward the bottom and they tell you what to do. Pretty simple process to get both rebates you just need to get it submitted on time.
