If you have never used a really high quality flatiron, let me tell you these are worth the investment. I have super, super thick hair and I have a Paul Mitchell flatiron. I probably paid $100 or so for mine but I have had it for at least 6 years now with no problems.
The Chi flatirons are on sale this week at Target for $99 with a $10 gift card back so this is a better price and no hassle.
