There is a limit of 1 and you will get a voucher that you go online to redeem. I believe they send you a gift card after that. You need to do that first step of simply redeeming the voucher (basically give them the address to mail it to) within 60 days. After that the gift card you receive does not expire.
I am not seeing anything about needing to be a new customer but I did test it and got an error message so it looks like you do need to be a first time buyer at Saveology to get this.
