I’m pretty sure you don’t have to purchase them at Amazon. I got an e-mail from them and it looks like it can be from anywhere. I bought one at Wal-Mart yesterday for $10 that will give me the $8 ticket.

Is the movie ticket inside the movie case?
Is this different from the DMR thing where you enter the code from inside the DVD and redeem for the $8 movie ticket?
It’s exactly the same as the DMR. You enter the code and you get the points like you normally would and then it takes you to a link to print out a certificate that you take to the theater. We did it for the Winnie the Pooh movie too and it worked just fine.

So for 11.99 I got a DVD, two movie tickets, and 175 points in my Disney Movie Rewards account (75 for the movie and 50 for each movie ticket that I will submit after we see it)!!! Pretty sweet deal if you ask me!

Oh, wow! I didn’t realize if you ordered it from Amazon you could do two tickets! Might have to return the one I bought yesterday and order from Amazon!
I ordered Muppets Christmas Carol, got the code from amazon, but there is not DMR code inside the movie 🙁 I emailed DMR to see if I can submit my receipt as proof of purchase but I’m guessing I”m out of luck on the second ticket and no points to my account either 🙁
