Toys R Us: 2 Day Sales + Free Shipping

There is a great offer today from Toys R Us. You can get free shipping on any order- no minimums! Usually shipping from Toys R Us is outrageous so this is a deal!

They also have that 2 day ad I mentioned previously- these sales only go through 1pm today. You can get Lego City toys for $9.00, or get the Leapfrog Text and Learn for $13.  You can just check the weekly ads to see all the deals- just click on 2 day ad to see the one that ends today.

There are a lot of deals but just note that if you shop in store there is an extra 20% off coupon available for that 2 day ad. If you shop online you won’t get that extra 20% off.

I can tell you I made the grave mistake of going to the mall yesterday and I would gladly pay 20% more to not have to revisit that experience.

I have found they have really good priced on Melissa and Doug products- the puzzles are starting at $6 and they have the jumbo coloring pads for $4.99.

Head over to Toys R Us and let us know if you spot a great deal!

We went to the arden store yesterday…..the 20% off is only for the certain “super deal items” in the ad….the ad lists the price at the 20% off…..the legos in store thru today were buy one get one 50% off (every set)…so we bought two of the lego city helicopters for about 11.32 (after tax)…the retail was about $12.49 each (don’t have the receipt in front of me)…..I did the diaper deal for gifts and used huggies coupons for it….that is a super buy…..I too made the mistake of going to the mall…..sigh……

I went to our freestanding store, wasn’t too bad, but made mistake of taking my little one since I had no choice! But I got great deals, I also got two Lego sets, the larger pricey ones my sons been eyeing for a year. Both were on sale; the red cargo train originally $159.99 was on sale for $129.99, second set was another Lego for 89.99 which ended up being $44.99 after 50% off. Total $162.33, I used $15 off and had $33 in credit so total $114.32 and I also got a $10 card! (Overall $104) which is less than the price of the cargo train by itself! I think that’s good, at least worth the smile hell be sporting Christmas morning!

The free shipping is only up to $20. I purchased a swing set & shipping was $26 so I was still going to be charged $6. Luckily I got the year long shopkick trial & this item qualified so I was still able to get free 2 day shipping. Just wanted to mention if you’re buying something big you may still have to pay some shipping.
