The Wonka bars are $1.99 and up at the Manchester, CT Target, so the deal is .49 each instead of .29, still a good price but not quite bottom of the barrel!:)
Lori- I mentioned that the prices were at my store and they might vary nationwide but did you double check at the price scanner? Even with the extra .20 difference at your store that would be a 75% savings.
