Kalyn, no not regional. Check under personal care and you can use zip code 60625. There are three coupons total and each of them has an image of a perfume bottle. Just pick which coupon you want- David Beckham, Beyonce whatever. The title of the coupon is “$5 off Fine Fragrances.” It is NOT a Target coupon. You need to print a manufacturer coupon and stack it with the Target mobile coupon that will come once you have registered for Target text messaging.
Just checking to see if you can use the fragrance coupons at Target? They say redeemable at Walmart.

Question – does $10 off 50 kick in before or after you use the other coupons?
WHen I did the target $10 coupon, it came off before coupons… but i did hand them the $10 giftcard coupon first. then the rest of my target/manufacturer coupons. Cheapest diapers/wipes I’ll ever buy $22.97 oop $20 in giftcards back.
