Safeway Deals 11/9-11/15

This post may contain affiliate links, please see my disclosure policy.

You can see Safeway’s coupon policy right here. Most stores will allow you to stack a manufacturer coupon with the store coupons that can be found in the weekly circulars. You will want to be sure to get a club card for Safeway to take advantage of the sale prices! Safeway sale prices tend to vary from region to region so you will always want to double check your local ad! Also, I do not have double coupons in my area so your prices are likely much better than mine!Be sure to read about the new Just for U program rolling out at Safeway!

…Click Below to See the Complete List of Safeway Deals….

This week Safeway is pushing a new gas rewards program pretty hard. If you buy select items you can accumulate points and those points will turn into bigger discounts on gas at Safeway gas stations.

They are also promotion the same deal as last year- they will price match any competitor’s advertised price on turkeys. You need to present the competitor’s coupon, clipless coupon or ad to your cashier for a USDA frozen turkey. This does not apple to free turkeys with purchase, Honeysuckle, Butterball, Empire, Jennie-O, Zacky Farms or any fresh turkeys. The offer is valid through 11/24 only.

Any other great deals you can see? I marked my favorites with an *.

The gas promotions sound great, but don’t do anything for me here. There are a dozen Safeways within a 10 minute drive, but the nearest Safeway gas is a 45 minute drive and in a bad part of town.

LOL Lori- there is one right by my gym but honestly… Dear Safeway… thank you for the deals but can we just make things SIMPLE? Between Just 4 U, watching all the gas stuff, the online coupons, the monthly ad, the weekly ad… this is a full time job to do Safeway deals 😉

Please check the Just 4 you accounts. I had a personalized price of 0.87 cents for Pasta Roni and Rice a Roni and with the discount of buy 10 get $5 off… came out to $3.70 per 10 boxes. I got it for 0.37 cents per box. Going back to get some more to give to friends, family and donate 🙂

Does anyone know if there is a way to tell what Just4You offers/coupons you have used? I wish they would mark the used offers or something…Thanks

Usually the just 4 you would say on the bottom ot the coupon/offer if it is one time or unlimited. For example my Pasta Roni deal says ” unlimited and expires 12/13/2011.

Michelle, on your Just 4 U page, click the red button for “Print or email my Shopping List” which pulls-up a list for active offers/coupons.

On the flip side on the front page turkey flap, I had lots of good prices of organic produce listed:
.99/ lb Granny Smith or Gala apples
    .99/lb Bartlett or Red pears
    .99 celery
    $1.99/lb grapes
    $1/lb baby carrots
I have been making baby food in preparation for my little one to start solids and think these are good prices for organic!

Jenell, my ad has a bunch of stuff about the gas program on that flap. I don’t see any organic produce deals.

Bummer! Sorry Charlene, I live in San Jose, CA, in case people are wondering where these prices were listed.

I didn’t have the personalized price for Pasta Roni. 🙁 But I do have $1.99 I can’t believe it’s not butter tub, which can be combined with the $1/1 coupon.

Just to give an idea of how produce prices vary, on the east coast that broccoli sale price is $2.99

… and instead of grapes for $5 friday, we get a 4 pack of Red Bull…

Hey Jenell: I’m in SJ too
and I’ve heard about a $2 Catalina with purchase of O Organics (excludes dairy) Haven’t tried it myself but would go nice with those organic produce prices

re: JFU. I hate having to print all that paper to back up my prices. I’ve found you can uncheck the box at the top of the page and it unchecks the box to the left of each item. Then check off the ones you want to print.

    whoops-forgot to add that that’s $2 Cat with $10+ O organic purchase

Our neighborhood received a special mailer from Safeway this week (Pavilions?) that had several deli/cafe coupons. It included a $2 off Signature cafe pizza 11/9 – 12/7. If used on Friday’s special of $5 Cafe pizzas – it would bring a large 16″ pizza to just $3.

San Jose Mercury news had turkey prices on front page of Friday paper.
    $5 Safeway Turkey 8-12lbs
    $7 Safeway Turkey 12.01-16lbs
    $9 Safeway Turkey 16.01-20lbs
    $11 Safeway Turkey 20.1-24lbs

    price thru 11-24. lmt 1, $25 purchase
    doesn’t specify region

Charlene, I saw you mention on Raley’s thread that SW is a full time job. I thought of that yesterday. Two hours of trying to find the right flyer, my JFU list, coupons that disappeared and out -of -stocks was absolutely exhausting.
