We have this on our holiday list for my little girl and I have been looking for a few weeks trying to get it under $50. The reviews on this are nearly perfect. The cart is designed with extra safety features and it has a basket in front to put a doll or stuffed animal.
From what I have heard this is an incredibly durable toy but you just want to watch carefully if it is used in the house. Some people have had scratches to furniture and such from the metal.
I checked Toys R Us, Target, Walmart and Kohl’s and they are all priced at $59-69 right now.

We have it and it’s WONDERFUL…. actually …anything Melissa & Doug is worth it !!! We bring it to the grocery store 😉
My 2.5 year old has this one and LOVES it! It’s really sturdy, and it’s metal instead of cheapo plastic. We actually take it to the grocery store sometimes, and it always gets comments 🙂
If you have an AC Moore store near by, Melissa and Doug toys will b 50% off on black Friday. I bought one last week there when it was 40% off $59.99 and I had a $10 off $25 coupon so I scored one for $26. SWEET!!! I guess I will need bumper guards.

We own it also, and it is FANTASTIC. We take it to Publix and Target. I had two kids in the 99% percentile for height – my 4 year old is 44″ and does not have to scrunch down at all to push it!!! We do NOT allow it in the house though – it would certainly be disastrous…
I bought this exact one 2 years ago for my son for that price and he loves it. He is now 4 and I keep it in my trunk whenever we run out.
