The Lego City Advent Calendar is on sale today for $26 and shipping is free.  The last time I posted this was priced at $35 so I think this is a good deal.

The reviews are nearly perfect.  Here is what it includes:

  • 24 days of fun with the LEGO City Advent Calendar
  • Gifts include 6 minifigures (2 police men, 2 robbers, 1 fisher and 1 Santa Claus)
  • Build larger models using bricks from three different gift days
  • Includes 2 cool snowmobiles, a police dog, a Christmas tree, a mini police station and much more

    *happy!*

I’ve been wanting to get one of these for three years now. Finally have the $$ at the same time as a deal is on. Perfect timing. 🙂 Thanks, THANKS for the link.

This is a great deal, thanks. My son’s birthday is Dec. 1, so this will make a great birthday present, especially since that’s a great time to start the calendar.

Oh good 🙂 I was afraid I would get yelled at for this post.

Why would you get yelled at?? These calendars are awesome! Our son is 5 and this will be his 3rd Lego Advent calendar. We got lucky about the Star Wars edition back in August/September at the Lego Store.

Some people don’t like the Advent associated with toys and things. Same with the nativity sets. I sort of post and then run for cover :D.

Lol. Are you kidding? That’s insane! You shouldn’t have to… The deals you post are great and if someone doesn’t like or takes unecessary offense to something they need to get a grip. Thanks for all your hard work and super amazing deals you’re sharing with us. My son is going to be all smiles when I get him this!

If anyone misses this deal, you can get it for $25 through 11/23 at Target. You’ll need to take the Toys R Us book with you, where it is advertised for $29.99. Target will price match (it’s $34.99 there) and then you can also use the $5 coupon in the Target toy book, making it $24.99 + tax.

Emily, that is a good thought but Target price matches on the amount after all coupons have been applied. So the deal looks like this:

    Target price $34.99
    Target coupon applied $5 off
    Subtotal $29.99
    TRU price match $29.99

So you would pay $30 + tax after coupon and price match 😉

Oh really? The customer service folks at my Target did it for me. Guess I got lucky! 🙂

Emily that is against the price match policy so your store just made a mistake. It is pretty clear right here:

But even if they bent the corporate policy it still winds up being more expensive than Amazon.
