There is a nice deal on Leapster Software right now from Toys R Us. You can get the games Buy One Get One Free and they are priced at $18.74- so that works out to $9.37 per game!
That seems like a great deal to me but the games are selling out fast. Some of them you can order to pick up in store or if you have Shoprunner you can get them shipped for free.
If you have the free Toys R Us loyalty card, make sure to use that. Apparently they offer a coupon for a free 5th game when you purchase 4. Apparently the free games you purchase today will not count toward the 4 needed for the voucher.
This is great timing if you got the $5 credit from the Operation games!
Head over to Toys R Us to have a look.
This was featured in the Toys R Us ad running through 11/23- I think the prices are higher in store so you might call ahead and check.
* Shoprunner is a free shipping service, you pay an annual fee and you get free 2 day shipping at a variety of merchants. It is actually a pretty cool service because you can order whatever amount you want from a ton of places and it ships free 2 day. They do offer a free 30 day trial of the service but you have to be careful because if you don’t cancel you will be charged for the year of service (I think $76).
Thanks Amanda and Deborah!

Make sure you use your Toys R US rewards card because they have a promotion where if you buy 4 Leapfrog games, you get a coupon for one free from your rewards account. The free ones do not count towards the total tho, at least they didn’t last year when I did this. The Leapfrog promotion ends at the end of this year.
I went and picked up the games yesterday and the games were flagged at $18.74; however, in order to get the B1G1F, I had to pay full price, so I got two games for $25.00. I even questioned it and they said I had to pay full price for the deal. It may be that not all stores are honoring the sale price as well as the B1G1F.
Has anyone seen any deals for the V-Tech Innotab on Black Friday?
It’s currently $79
This does not work with shop runners…The website states that these items are eligible for shop runners, and when I put my account info in it took the shipping off, but when I attempted to put payment info in and had the final review, it added $13.97 shipping back (On 2 games). I called customer service and after a run around (and asking for a supervisor) I was told that shop runner had changed their policy and does not include several items (I don’t remember them all, but buy one get one free or 40% off was included) I stated that the website still listed the items as being shop runner eligible, and their answer was that the website was not updated yet. After a half hour run around, the savings was not worth it anymore and did not order
Melissa it is still working for me- this is the final stage of checkout for me using shoprunner:
Subtotal $18.74
ShopRunner FREE 2-Day Shipping (Members Sign out)
$0.00
Sales Tax $1.36
Total Cost $20.10
I just clicked the link in the post and the games that qualify are in the center of the screen. I picked two that were still in stock and added them to my cart. Then in the center of the shopping cart page, there is a green notation to log into shoprunner. I did that. I selected payment options and clicked through to the very last step and that is what my cart looked like.
I had the same situation as Stacy at my local store 2/$25 isn’t a bad price, but I think the advertising is poorly worded. They are priced on the shelf at $18.74, but then they advertise BOGO and charge full price. They need to make up their minds about which promo to run if they aren’t going to run them concurrently. Or at least fill us in on the details before we get to the register.
