They look very cute. I got the $30 voucher without any problem. Only paid $4 because it said that I had a $5 credit. I don’t understand how the raincoat will be $12 and the boots $6. I have the code for the free shipping but is there another code? Thank you so much.
Um.. I am super sleep deprived so please forgive my poor brain. I was thinking it was $6 for the voucher but it is $9. So $9 for the voucher + $6 since the coats are $36+ free shipping = $15.

When i put the free shipping code in it showed the free shipping until i got to checkout and then for some reason the free shipping no longer showed. Has any one else had this same problem?
Melissa I checked out fine about an hour ago. You only get one code though per order. You can also try GRATEFUL6.
I purchased the voucher and when I went to checkout using the free shipping code it will not allow it. I got a message:

Oh they must have taken it off last night because I ordered pretty late and mine worked. You can always contact Plum and ask for a refund. Just explain the site was down all day and then they changed the terms.
Kristina, it went through for me last night at about 7:45 p.m. EST so I think Charlene is right, they changed the terms. I would tell Plum District and see if you can get a refund. Sorry that happened to you.
I got an email today saying they are reviewing orders because you cannot combine certificates fron plum district with any other codes. Does that mean they are going to change the order and rebill me??

@Kristin, I haven’t heard anything yet about that but if they do that I will be very upset. I wouldn’t have gotten the plum district gift certificate if I had known I would have to pay for shipping. That was the only reason it was a good deal for me. Please keep us posted.
I placed an order with Kidorable on 11/28 and there was an error with my order going through. They refunded my gift certificate and when I tried to reorder on the phone with them they said I now had to pay for shipping, even though I didn’t originally. I am not too happy about this!
I asked about other people’s orders that were able to go through using the free shipping and plum district. She said they were going to ship those and let those go through. DON’T WORRY 🙂 If your order was processed with free shipping & plum district you will be fine.
Any ideas on how you would handle this considering I should have been one of those people? HELP!
Oh Annie I didn’t have a good feeling on this. Well shoot. I guess you can start with Plum District and just ask for a refund and see. When I have had issues with Groupons they have refunded me within minutes- no problem. Now other sites may not see the big picture and might be a pain about it. Try that first.
