Wow- Target just released a coupon code for an extra 25% off home and apparel items but it is only valid until 9pm EST or 6pm PST.
Here are the coupon codes to use:

Eeee! I just went on there to look for some sweaters with this deal. They had some starting at 9.99 so I added two, used the 25% code and the $4 off sweater code, and used my Target card to pay so I got free shipping. $11 for 2 (regularly 19.99) sweaters, shipped!
