You can also use coupon code: BDA15 for an extra 15% off. That dropped the price on these cars to $8.49 shipped.
I tried to do this with the two Hot Wheels Toy Story 3 cars that they had (on sale for $1.68-$1.96 each), but unfortunately I couldn’t get the free shipping to come up? It was trying to charge $5.99! Is there a code or should it automatically take the shipping cost off? Thanks!

I called Mattel and they said they were having problems online accepting the free shipping with the 15% off code. But he took my order over the phone and included both codes with no problem.
