Hormel Coupon ($1.98 Party Trays!)

Ok so there is a fantastic deal available right now at Walmart but I do have some reservations so I will tell you the deal and then you can decide.

Hormel Snack Trays are priced at $4.98 at Walmart stores (those are the smaller ones pictured above)
Use the $3/1 Hormel Party Tray product coupon
Final Price: $1.98!

Now that is a heck of a deal for those.

Here is my reservation- the coupon says “party tray product”  those large trays pictured say party tray.  Those run about $10.  The small ones say “snack tray” and those are cheaper.

So it seems to me this is not using the coupon on the correct item, however on the Hormel web site it shows those little “snack trays” listed under the Party Tray category.  And the coupon does indeed say “party tray product” so I keep going back and forth with myself on this one.

So I don’t feel completely comfortable with this deal but again you can take a look and make up your own minds.  If you do decide to pass on this deal, I really think we will see good prices at grocery stores on those large party trays so I’d hold your coupon for a sale.
