I have no idea what is wrong. I tested the doll pictured and it worked fine for me. The web site says free shipping on all Barbie orders. If it isn’t working I don’t have any idea what the problem could be.

Ok I updated the post. This is exactly what will happen a lot during the holiday season. Things go quick and companies pull promo codes fast. I have a feeling they just changed the promo code to not work in conjunction with the free shipping. It was working, I am totally and completely sure so it simply changed since I posted. It looks like you can sign up for a 10% off coupon so that might work with the free shipping.
I called Mattel and the women said I couldn’t use both promos. But the 25%is still a greet deal. Thanks for the post!!!

I called Mattel shortly after my first post on here and the person I spoke to said that you couldn’t use both. I asked him where it said that as I did search all over the site and he stated it didn’t. He said that if I ordered with him he would do both but I was not comfortable doing so and asked if I placed it online could he just fix once I gave him my order #. Long story not so short…… If he was telling the truth I should be getting an email to confirm that he deducted the 5.99 shipping.
Oh bother. Probably not worth all that trouble. I would personally just do the 15% off and free shipping. That is still a good deal and no need to make anyone uncomfortable 😉
